Strawberry Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, diced

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Add salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour in a big bowl and mix well.
  • Add sugar and butter in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth. Add milk and stir again.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix again. Fold in the diced strawberries.
  • Pour the batter into the muffin cups. Place it into the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Let it cool and serve!
